REVIVE, RESTORE, REFRESH
We are walking into A New Season of Open Doors in 2024. Revelation 3:8 says, "I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name."
At RLAJC our mission is to reach those that are lost, through witnessing and teaching the Word of God; to provide an atmosphere where love, joy, peace and the Holy Spirit resides; to utilize the Word of God to build up and restore the Body of Christ; to be a place of refuge, where those that are experiencing brokenness can be healed, delivered, and restored to complete wholeness; to create a Kingdom culture that will be felt by anyone that is in our presence.
We believe the Word as written in Ephesians 4:5-6, One Lord, one faith, one baptism; One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. We also believe that God commands a blessing when we come together in unity. (Psalm 133:1)
God
We are a Christ-centered church that is dedicated to loving God with all our heart, soul and mind. (Matthew 22:37)
We believe there is one God, who has revealed Himself as our Father, in His Son Jesus Christ, and as the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is God manifested in flesh. He is both God and man. (Deuteronomy 6:4, Ephesians 4:4-6, Colossians 2:9, 1Timothy 3:16)
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God and the authority for salvation and Christian living. (2Timothy 3:15-16 )We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired and infallible Word of God, and the final authority for faith and life. (2 Timothy 3:16)
Salvation
We believe all have sinned and need salvation. Salvation comes by grace through faith based on the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Only through God’s saving grace can we be rescued, reconciled, and renewed. (Romans 3:23-25)
Christian Living
As Christians we are to love God and others. We should live a holy life inwardly and outwardly, and worship God joyfully. (Mark 12:29-31)
